It is widely acknowledged that good health is the most important among the basic needs of citizens. Basic human rights involve the right to good health, the capacity to prevent disease, and access to medical care (Das 2011). Better health enhances labour productivity, well-being, and economic growth of any nation (Pradhan et al 2011).
